The guide is free

The 3AM Guideis a free PDF. There’s no charge, no trial, and no upsell hidden behind it. The only cost is your email, which is also how we send it to you.

This is not medical or psychological advice

The guide is reflection and encouragement, not clinical care. It does not replace, and is not a substitute for, the advice of a doctor, midwife, therapist, or any other licensed professional. If you are struggling with your physical or mental health, please contact a qualified professional.

If you are in crisis, or worried that you might harm yourself or your baby, please reach out to a doctor or to a crisis line in your country immediately. In Spain you can call 024 (Línea de atención a la conducta suicida) or 112 for emergencies. From elsewhere, the international Find a Helpline directory at findahelpline.com lists services by country. You are not alone, and asking for help is one of the bravest things a mother can do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to your local court.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
